Embroidery FAQ
 
This purchase is only for clients who have contacted me directly for a commission and have selected the deposit process for payment.
 
A contract must also be agreed to before beginning work and will be sent to you via email after purchase.

This deposit is non-refundable.
 
Process - Please Read
 
+ After purchase, please send photo reference to shelbyelizabethart@gmail.com
+ I work directly from photos, so please send the best picture possible! If you have questions feel free to reach out.
+ Embroidery usually take between 3-4 weeks to create after photo is approved. Please allow for more time during holidays or if your piece is larger. If I believe it will take longer, I will definitely let you know before booking!
+ If you have a specific deadline, please email before purchase.
+ After completion, the final image with watermark will be emailed to you for approval.
+ Due to the permanent nature of hand emboridery, please be available to communicate as process photos are sent to you.
 
**Note: Quality photos are necessary for amazing artwork! Please be available to communicate if your photo needs to be replaced or adjusted. I reserve the right to refuse a photo and refund the purchase price.**

+ Embroideries can be finished in a display hoop or mounted to canvas. Please indicate which you prefer.
 
+ Sealed with stain resistant scotchgard. 
 
+ Ready to hang
 
+ Photos of commissioned artwork reflect colors and details as close as possible to the original artwork, though some variations may occur.
